Established in 2004 by Chris and Colin Broad, Broads Properties is a family-run business, built to fill a gap in the market for a bespoke property development service. Chris is involved in every project undertaken, ensuring continuity of quality at all stages.

How we operate

Once you’ve moved in we provide clear communication channels to ensure any snagging issues are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Every home is issued with a ten year new home warranty. Buildings are inspected by the warranty company at each key stage throughout the project, which in turn ensures the build quality is not just to our own high standards.

Plot & build

We use the term ‘Plot & Build’ to describe our end to end service. After Broads purchase a plot of land we will appoint one of our specialist architect partners to design a quality home which we manage through the planning application process. Once planning has been secured this is the point when our clients join the journey.

Before the first bricks are laid, together we will shape the final layout of your new home to ensure it fits with your taste and lifestyle. We have a huge range of options when it comes to interiors as we know you’ll want to make it your own. Naturally, the earlier in the construction process we discuss your design choices, the more we can personalise your new home.
