“The major draw to this particular property was the fact that whilst the design had been put through planning, a stone had not been laid and we would be able to have a lot of input regards the internal design, paint colours and other preferences.
This was such an exciting project for us and the fact that Chris was very flexible with our requirements and those of the interior designer, made the whole experience stress free (for us anyway!). We were consulted every step of the way and had regular on-site meetings to run through every detail in person. From small details like the positioning of the electrical sockets and the way the tile patterns run on the floor, to the full-blown kitchen design, Chris ensured he was on hand at all times to advise and assist. Nothing was too much trouble.
We absolutely love our new home! We have lived in new properties before but the specification and workmanship is above and beyond anything we have experienced.”
